My name is Ursula M. Davis and I am so excited that you are visiting my page. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I love being a part of the discovery of self. I work along side my clients to discover ways in which to arrive at the things that they want to be doing and having in life whether it is an individual, couple or family.

I have been a therapist for over 7 years and hold special certifications in Anger Management and Grief and Loss. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfullness to help in overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma- and related challenges that make you feel stuck.
